Lyrical

We finished up the piece we've been working on in Lyrical class tonight.  I happen to really like this piece, so I asked the director to record the last run-through of it.  I'm not going to post the whole thing, but here are a couple of screenshots!  Working on my lines lately.

I wish I could get my leg up there just that extra little bit!  

Speaking of lines, I'm doing a photo shoot this Saturday, in the park with my pointe shoes.  I'm really excited about it, but I'm freaking out a little because I don't want to look bad/awkward.  I used my lunch today to take a few practice shots with pose ideas.

Oh, pay no attention to the ridiculous leggings, I think they are crazy.

I'd prefer to be in 4th on full pointe with similar upper body.  

I was mid bourre turn just messing around with arms and the face is unfortunate, but I like the hand placement.  

I don't really have a fantastic leap or a monster attitude or arabesque, so I'll mostly be doing just standard bread and butter poses, but I'm excited to finally have nice quality pictures of my process as it is now.
