Proof of Splits

Here we go.  Apparently I need to work on keeping my eyes open when I'm being recorded.  LOL!

Here's where I started back in late August 2013:



My tip for anyone struggling to get their splits:

Figure out exactly which area of your body is holding tightness and preventing you from going fully into your splits.  I thought it was lack of flexibility from my hips, rear, and backs of my legs.  Realistically, the tops of my thighs were holding tension and needed to be stretched out.


I still need to continue working to improve my splits.  I'm to the floor but leaning slightly to the side with the leg to the front.  I'll keep working on flexibility to eventually square up my hips.
